Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Menuate (operated by Jonathan Karam Romero) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans — Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
  • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund, or
  • Email us at support@menuate.app and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation on its own is not a refund request — if you would like a refund for the current period, follow the refund steps above within the 30-day window.

Paddle Buyer Terms

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Menuate orders, Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase and may grant you additional rights under applicable consumer law.
